Head – New Business & Operations
Manoj brings over 16 years of experience in delivery, practice building, pre-sales and managing customer relationships. As Head – New Business & Operations, Manoj is responsible for profitable business growth at ndVOR. He is also responsible for building a passionate set of professionals with a “Can do” attitude who are sensitive to customer requirements. Manoj also takes care of the IT and Operations function of the organization.
Prior to ndVOR, Manoj worked with MindTree as Program Director where he was responsible for practice building and delivery management of ERP projects on BPCS and SAP. He started his IT career at Linc Software and gained good exposure on the IBM i platform. He has wide working experience with customers across multiple countries and geographies.
Manoj holds a bachelor’s degree in science and specialization in computer applications. He has also completed a Senior Management Program from IIM-Calcutta.
Manoj's leisure pursuits include traveling and tending to the family's estate and rubber plantation.

Srikanth brings over 14 years of experience in software systems design, development and management. At ndVOR he is responsible for Program and Project Management of critical customer accounts.
Prior to joining ndVOR, Srikanth worked with Bally Technologies, Wipro Technologies and Linc Software where he managed multiple projects across technologies. He was responsible for product development and Configuration Management to support the Casino operations, software systems design, development and technical team leadership to support Supply Chain systems on IBM i. He also has good experience on technologies such as Java/J2EE and Lotus Notes.
Srikanth holds a Master's degree in Electronics from Bangalore University.

Project Director
Ananth brings over 17 years of experience in executing and managing IT projects. At ndVOR, he is responsible for Program and Project Management of critical customer accounts and managing offshore delivery teams. He has sound knowledge of outsourcing, onsite/offshore models and brings vast experience in helping customers set up offshore teams and starting projects from scratch.
Prior to joining ndVOR, Ananth worked with MindTree and Linc Software where he managed projects across IBM i platforms for native, Client/Server and Web-based applications. He is hands-on and has had extensive exposure to the IBM midrange systems and the LANSA suite of products. He has rich expertise in Project Development Life Cycle, Data Modeling and Data Migration.

Shivaswamy B S
Senior Manager – Finance & Administration
With over 30 years of work experience in Finance, Shivaswamy has handled all facets of Finance & Administration for multiple organizations. At ndVOR, Shiva manages the Finance and Administration functions.
After having studied Finance from Bangalore University, Shiva started his career with Binny Limited as an accountant and was involved in the computerization of FA, Internal Audit and finalization of accounts. Subsequently, he worked with Peutronics (TALLY) in customer support for Tally software. He later moved on to Hinditron where he managed the Accounting and office administration followed by a long stint with Linc Software and MindTree in various finance and administration roles including direct and indirect taxation, AR, AP, interacting with auditors, customs and other government departments.
Shivaswamy holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University.
